First Impressions:

This smells like citrus and is a gel-type consistency, it’s also pretty sticky. It has little orange and white beads. It’s quite gentle on the skin and the little beads give some texture when you’re exfoliating.

It says use once a day, but I think using this 3 times a week max. is enough.

Washing it off is easy, but sometimes the beads get stuck on your face or neck, so make sure you rinse off thoroughly and use a toner afterwards – to clean up anything that was left over.
What I like:

  • Decent

I don’t totally love this scrub, I do this it’s decent and does an ok job.

  • Affordable

It retails for $15AUD which is the average price for a drugstore scrub.

  • Smell

I don’t mind the citrus smell, I’ve become so accustomed to it from using the Neutrogena face wash consistently haha.

What I don’t like:

  • Beads

I find that having the little beads there make it a bit more of a hassle to clean, especially when they get stuck on your skin and don’t come off in the initial wash.

  • Not much of difference

After using this for a few weeks, I didn’t find a massive change in my skin, so I’m a bit disappointed in that.
Overall:

I would say this is a decent scrub and if you’re looking for something that exfoliates your skin and is within a certain price point, this may be for you. But if you have skin that’s prone to break outs and you have scarring, you may want to steer clear of this. However, that being said, what didn’t work for my skin, might work for your skin.

  1. I haven’t tried anything from this range just yet, but I do love Neutrogena. Honestly, the beads and the fragrance would irritate my skin on another level so I probably would avoid like you mentioned
